What These Dashboards Demonstrate

Every demo below started as a real client problem. The eCommerce shipping dashboard came from an engagement where a small retailer was losing customers at checkout because shipping costs looked wrong. A Power BI build connected their eBay sales data to USPS rate tables, revealed that 72% of customers were being overcharged, and drove a 74% purchase rate increase after the fix.

That’s the kind of work these dashboards represent. They’re not generic templates — they’re built around specific business questions: Where is revenue leaking? Which products or routes are profitable? What does the operational data actually say? When we build for your business, we start from those same questions using your actual data.

If you work in eCommerce, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, or distribution, at least one of these demos will show you something close to what your own dashboard could look like. The data changes, the structure stays the same. Reach out if you want to talk through your specific situation.

Greenville Development Explorer

The City of Greenville publishes its building permits, planning applications, and active road closures as open data. It’s all there. It’s just not easy to look at. So we built an interactive explorer on top of it. Filter by date or type, click any project for detail, overlay zoning or council districts, see what’s happening near you.

It’s the same kind of work we do for clients, just with public data instead of theirs.

eCommerce Executive Reporting

A 3-page executive dashboard covering sales performance, shipping analytics, and product-level profitability. This was built for a small eCommerce retailer to show that you don’t need a big team or a big budget to get real reporting.
