Straight answers
Does the file name the homeowner?
No. Individual homeowners are never named, at any price, under South Carolina's Family Privacy Protection Act (S.C. Code 30-2-50). The lead is the builder, the address, the value and the scope.
Are pool permits classified the same everywhere?
No, and that is why we match them on the permit type text rather than a category. Greenville County files them as residential swimming pool; other jurisdictions bury them under alteration. The file catches both.
Can I get only the pool permits?
Yes, or only the new homes. The two tabs are separate; reply to your delivery email to drop one.
