Territory Feed
$500/month
For one territory and trade profile. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.
- Weekly lead workbook (Excel) for your counties and permit types
- Every lead scored and tiered (Tier 1 = call first), with a plain-English "why this lead" note
- Full contractor, builder, and business-owner names — the public map deliberately withholds these. Individual homeowners are never included (S.C. privacy law); residential leads carry the builder.
- Subdivision & phased-project detection (multiple permits on neighboring parcels get flagged as one opportunity)
- Data refreshed daily from 13 jurisdictions across Upstate SC, the Lowcountry, and the NC mountains
- Any covered territory — including high-end markets like Hilton Head, Bluffton, and Cashiers–Highlands that the public map doesn't show yet
- Secure download links, delivered by email Monday morning
- Replies go straight to Zack — territory or filter changes handled same-week

- Contractor NAICS industry codes
- FEMA flood-zone flag per parcel
- Priority on new-jurisdiction requests — your county gets scouted first as coverage expands

Straight answers
Which jurisdictions are covered?
Upstate SC (daily): City of Greenville, Greenville County, Greer, Anderson County, Easley, Clemson, Pickens County — plus City of Spartanburg (the city's own data feed is currently paused on their end; it resumes automatically when they fix it, and we'll tell you either way).
Lowcountry (daily): Beaufort County, Hilton Head Island, and Bluffton — live now. NC mountains (daily): Jackson County (Cashiers–Highlands) and Transylvania County (Brevard) — live now, with Macon County NC and Rabun County GA loading monthly.
The public map currently shows the Upstate only — coastal and mountain coverage is available exclusively through Territory Feed. Need a county we don't list? Pro subscribers' requests get scouted first.
Where does the data come from?
Directly from each jurisdiction's public permit system, pulled daily, then normalized, deduplicated, geocoded, and scored by our pipeline. See the methodology for the details. Public records in, ranked opportunities out.
What does "scored" actually mean?
Each permit is graded on seven signals — permit class fit, project clustering, valuation, owner type, scope keywords, recency, and more — into Tier 1 (call first), Tier 2 (worth a look), Tier 3 (context). The score comes with a written reason, not just a number.
Do you sell homeowner contact information?
No — and we won't. South Carolina's Family Privacy Protection Act (S.C. Code § 30-2-50) prohibits using individuals' personal information from government records for commercial solicitation, so individual homeowners are never named in any feed, paid or free. Residential leads carry the builder's name — the business you'd actually call — and business/entity owners are included in full. It keeps every list you buy from us clean, usable, and legal.
What's the commitment?
None. Month-to-month, cancel by reply email. Your territory config is yours to change any time.
Can I get the raw data, an API, or something custom?
Probably — tell us what you need. Custom feeds, market briefs, and one-off pulls are quoted individually. Bulk access to the public map's endpoints isn't licensed (see data terms) — this is the licensed path.
